Greg is our cook at Hillside House. He prepares each breakfast to be tasty, hearty & healthy, and uses only high quality lowfat food products. Everything is cooked fresh each morning.

Our breakfast buffet generally consists of an egg-based entre, savory & sweet baked treats, fresh fruits when available, including pears, cherries & apples we grow here on our property. Greg's scrumptious homemade granola is also available. Common ingredients include eggs, lowfat ham/sausage, cheeses, vegetables, fruits, nuts, wheat flour & chocolate.

Coffee & teas are available at 8:00AM for early risers. Our full breakfast, served buffet style, is available 8:30 to 9:30AM.

PLEASE NOTE: Most people find plenty from which to choose, but guests who have dietary restrictions are welcome to store their own food in the guest refrigerator in the dining room. We do not cook special meals nor is our kitchen available for guest use.
